ACT201 – Entrepreneurism
In this course, students will combine a practical, step-by-step approach with a theoretical foundation to form a basic framework for understanding the theory, processes and practice of entrepreneurship. As students go through this course, they will be able to obtain knowledge in the following area(s): 1.) Understanding the Impact of the Entrepreneurial Mindset 2.) Initiating Entrepreneurial Ventures 3.) Developing the Entrepreneurial Plan and last, but not least 4.) Growth Strategies for Entrepreneurial Ventures.

ACT249 – Payroll Accounting
This course will introduce students to the latest laws and developments in payroll accounting while learning the concepts that will be clearly presenting to them during this section. Payroll Accounting 2024 will engage students with guides for calculating payroll, completing payroll taxes, preparing payroll records and reports manually and in Excel while using innovative tools that will take the learning process from motivation to mastery.

ACT253 – Individual Tax
This course is focused on the fundamentals of the federal income tax laws with primary emphasis on those affecting the individual. Emphasis are on gross income determination, adjustments to income, business expenses, itemized deductions, exemptions, capital gains/losses, depreciation and tax credits. Upon completion of this course the student will be able to apply the fundamentals of the federal income tax laws affecting the individual.
